Data notice

This independent concept study asks Shopify operators about their work in Notion. The interactive demo uses fictional data and does not connect to your store or workspace.

What the survey collects

We collect the answers you submit about your role, workflow, current tools, recent problems and pilot interest, along with your consent choices and campaign source. Email is optional. Please do not include customer information, store credentials, or confidential order details.

How we use it

The project operator uses responses to decide whether to build this workflow. We contact you about your workflow and a possible pilot only if you provide an email and separately agree to follow-up. There is no payment commitment or guaranteed pilot access.

Where it goes

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Choosing the survey opens Tally, which stores submitted responses. Demo notes are held only in the browser page and reset on refresh. This website does not send demo notes to a server.

Retention and your choices

Submitted responses are kept for up to 90 days from submission, then deleted. You may decline to submit, submit feedback without email, or decline follow-up. To request deletion or withdraw follow-up permission, contact [email protected]. Include the email or enough context to locate your response without sending sensitive information.

This notice applies to the concept study. Any future product or paid pilot will have its own terms before you join.
